Grades 5 & 6 end-of-year field trip to SOS Labyrinthe in the Old Port. See permission slip for details.


Tuesday, June 3

Sports/Baseball Day! Students can wear their favor sports team shirt/sweater/sock etc. to show their favorite sport and/or sports team. We have guests coming to the school for a baseball workshop with all the students, along with some other fun sport themed activities throughout the day.
Hot Dog Lunch All students will be provided with up to two hot dogs for lunch with veggies and dip and a special treat for dessert.


Thursday, June 5

Westernnnnn Day! Bring on the cowboy/country outfits. We’re talking plaid shirts, cowboy boots, and even straw hats if you have any. Yee-Haw!


Tuesday, June 10

Twin Day! Dress the same as a friend (or many friends) to match for the day.


Thursday, June 12

Rainbow Day! Each grade has a specific colour to dress in for the day. Let’s see which class can have the most students dressed in their colour!

  • Kindergarten – Purple
  • Grades 1 & 2 – Blue
  • Grades 3 & 4 – Green
  • Grades 5 & 6 – Red

This is also Ormstown Fair Parade Day! The theme this year is “You Bee You” More info to come.


Tuesday, June 17

Dress like a Staff Member Day! Students are invited to dress up like a staff member for the day. Let’s see if the staff can guess who they are dressed as from their outfit/accessories. (Please make sure this is done in a respectful manner.)


Wednesday, June 18

Grade 6 Graduation at Blair’s Orchard – 5:30pm. More info to come.


Thursday, June 19

Beach/Carnival Day! Students can dress up like they are headed for a day at the beach! Sun hats, sunglasses, sandals etc. We are asking that student bring a bathing suit and towel for the activities on this day.  Our FES playground will be transformed into a carnival, with bouncy castles, games, treats and more!
Lunch – PizzaBagel lunch provided to all students.

Regular school day with a special phys ed classes.


Monday, June 23

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! The whole school is headed to the swimming pool in Beauharnois. Permission slip to come.

 

Grade 6 Dance @ Heritage!

Heritage PPO is organizing a dance for our Grade 6 students to get to know each other before heading to CVR.   It is for Grade 6 students only, the cost is only $2. Sign up is required.


Dear Parents and Guardians,

We’re excited to share that the Heritage PPO will be hosting a Grade 6 Dance for all students who will be attending CVR High School in the fall! This fun-filled evening is a great opportunity for students from different schools to meet, mingle, and make new friends before starting their new adventure together at CVR. There will be music, dancing, snacks, and lots of fun!

🕕 Time:  6:30pm-8:30pm
📍 Location: Heritage School Gym

Ms. Raithby’s Grade 1-2 class enjoyed the beautiful apple blossoms.  We are so grateful to have access to Blair’s Orchard for outdoor learning opportunities 😊
